About Your Reservation
Your reservation must include all the time necessary to set up, operate, teardown and clean up your event. All bookings will include a 25% booking deposit due at the time of booking.
Hours may be extended until 11PM for 1 hour of clean-up and breakdown. Please note listed hours are based off the King County Noise Ordinance (King County).
Rentable Hours
Monday – Friday: 7:00AM - 10:00PM
Saturday – Sunday: 9:00AM - 10:00PM
What's Included in Your Rental
Your reservation includes the following things:
On Site Coordination
The cost includes a staff member that will help with any questions you may have during your rental. This also includes janitorial services.
Set Up & Clean Up
We have our event crew coming in to set up and break down your tables and chairs. All your job will be is to make sure everything you brought with you is taken care of.
Light Decor
This includes:

20 round folding tables

4 rectangle folding tables

20 high cocktail tables
Our Pricing
Savusa Hall
Please note that Savusa Hall requires a 4-hour minimum rental.
Available (4-hour minimum):

Mon – Thurs Rate: $160/hr

Fri – Sun (and holiday) Rate: $180/hr
Conference Rooms
We have 2 conference rooms available for rent. Our conference rooms each sit 14.
One Conference Room: $60/hr
Learning Labs
We have 3 Learning Labs available to rent. Each individual Learning Lab has a capacity of around 20 (depending on layout). For larger groups, our Learning Labs can be combined.
Individual Lab: $70/hr (4-hour minimum outside of business hours)
Combined Learning Labs (all 3 labs): $160/hr
