Your Reservation

Your reservation must include all the time necessary to set up, operate, teardown and clean up your event. All bookings will include a 25% booking deposit due at the time of booking.

 

Hours may be extended until 11PM for 1 hour of clean-up and breakdown. Please note listed hours are based off the King County Noise Ordinance (King County).

Savusa Hall

Savusa Hall requires a 4-hour minimum rental. 

Available (4-hour minimum)
Mon – Thurs Rate: $160/hr​
Fri – Sun Rate: $180/hr

Conference Rooms

We have 2 conference rooms available for rent. Our conference rooms each sit 14.

One  Conference Room: $60/hr​

Learning Labs

We have 3 Learning Labs available in addition to your hall rental. Each individual Learning Lab has a capacity of around 30 (depending on layout). All 3 Learning Labs have a combined capacity of 100. 

Individual Lab: $70/hr
Combined Learning Labs (all 3 labs): $160/hr

Rentable Hours

Monday – Friday: 7:00AM - 10:00PM

Saturday – Sunday: 9:00AM - 10:00PM​​
