The White Center HUB, which houses Savusa Hall, is a first of its kind community center located in historic White Center. It is a place of Hope, Unity, and Belonging, where working families can access not only a new shared space for celebration and communion, but the advanced and modern resources of a cutting-edge contemporary place of business. Booking with us directly supports the ongoing upkeep and development of the HUB in providing further access to these resources to the White Center community and beyond. We strive to provide equitable opportunities, sustain community-driven spaces, and reinvest in the people of White Center. A community discount is available for both individuals and organizations that qualify. 

As an organization, we believe in creating opportunities for all to thrive and building space that can be celebrated in the spirit of community. White Center Community Development Association (WCCDA) is a 501©(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to connecting people and places to build community. WCCDA works to eradicate poverty and build a vibrant and economically diverse community. As part of our commitment to supporting Land Back initiatives and honoring the Duwamish Tribe, the WCCDA pays an annual rent to the tribe for operating on their ancestral lands.
